FBI Clearance Concern

I lived in USA for 2 year and graduated with an MSc degree, i volountarily repartrated back to my country at the completion of the degree (i did not overstay for one day) to continue working, i was however prevented from re-entering USA 2 years later on the suspicion that i might not leave USA. I am currently requested by Canadian immigration to submit a clearance report from FBI, will the entry denail by USA broder control show up on my FBI Criminal check?

It should be more about whether you've committed any crimes, been arrested, and things like that. So I don't think it would include those information - but again, it's just my guess!
