I received my FBI rap sheet and it says I have a prior arrest record but does not list any information about the arrest, conviction etc. My State background recored also lists no arrests, convictions etc. How would I answer the "have you ever been arrested" question for a Canadian work permit? Anyone else have had this type of FBI rap sheet?
