I am applying Tourist Visa for my parents and have a concern regarding Fathers's name. If you could guide me in the right director or advise please that will be helpful. I am a PR in Toronto and just inviting my parents.
My father name in my passport is Shailendra Dhamani, however in his passport and documents is Sheeru Mal Dhamani.
I have got his official name (in his documents) "Sheeru Mal Dhamani" updated on my Aadhaar card however updating passport at this stage is not feasible.
My father name in my ID/Passport is ( Shailendra Dhamani)
My father name in his Passport is (Sheeru Mal Dhamani).
1. Can I make affidavit alone stating both the name are same person?
