Fathers name change

Hi guys.

Opinion please. My boyfriend's dad changed his FIRST name officially last year. On our previous applications we used his old name. As it is now legally his name we will use his new first name.

Do I need to mention this in an loe? Obviously they aren't accompanying us on the application but in our notes they may have a different name and be confused?

Don't matter , just use the recent one and thats it . and no need to mention this in LOE either

Thanks Just not usual for first names to change. If we ever sponsor them for Canada we can easily produce the docs needed
