Father's employment confirmation letter?

My father is the sponsor for my intended study in Canada, therefore I have requested my father to get a letter from his company to confirm that he is a full-time employee.

I would like to know the letter should be addressed to whom, to the "The Student Permit Visa Office, High Commission of Canada" or "To whom it may concern"?

Any of the above. Though it may not be a requirement since your father bank statement should suffice..
