FATHER SPONSORING A DEPENDED under 18

I dont seem to get which forms I must fill out and how much I need to pay for the fees.
PLEASE LIST THE forms and not refer me to the Immigration website since I have been there with no success- so once again provide a list of the forms.
Thanks in advance and I hope I'm not asking for too much.

Are you a PR or citizen?

If PR did you met residency obligations if so start with upfront medicals to your dependent.then get it couriered to you.

If you are aPR you should be in canada while applying and must stay in canada for most part of sponsorship and approval process.It depends on country of residence of dependent

1-IMM 5669 is it necessary for me the sponsor to fill it if I have PR and in Canada for someone was telling me if you are in Canada already as PR or Citizen you don't need to fill it.

2-also is a medical required upfront or it can follow for a non accompanying dependent.

I think its for the immigration and you may not need it. Is your spouse is also a PR or whats status Give complete picture

A non accompany dependent must have a medical upfront the same as your applicant . Just remember if this dependent wants to come to Canada at a later date you will have to sponsor him or her again. If their is any chance he or she may want to come put them as accompany.
