What is fasr track PR (FSW) immigration category. is there normal duration PR programme too. if so, are there eligibility norms different for both programme ??

NO

Only Fast track immigration system is going on. It takes 6 to 12 months to get Canada PR.

There is no normal track.

There are some selection criteria under Federal Skill worker category also known as Fast track PR.

The immigration program for skilled category is called fast track. It takes 6 -12 months for immigration process. Earlier before 27th Feb 2008 it used to take 4-6 years, hence the new program is name fast track and there is no normal track now.
