Does anyone know if I can apply for Farm LMI now? I have applied for visitor visa extension on May 27 and waiting for decision yet.

Your employer is the one who has to apply for the LMIA - not you. Your employer can apply for the LMIA at any time provided they have met the advertising requirements.
