I have received a interview letter from CHC. My wife who is sponsoring me is also in india and unfortunately her PR card is also expired due to some family and health problem she could not go back to complete her residency obligation period i.e. 730 days. Since both of us are in india and it is mandatory for both of us to be present for interview. Any help will be appreciated what kind of Question will be asked.

If your wife does not meet the residency obligation, then I think you should be prepared for a refusal of your application at the interview. A sponsor must meet the residency obligation in order to sponsor their spouse for PR.

I would withdraw the PR application and focus on getting your wife back to Canada asap so that she can work to keep her PR status. Since her PR card has expired, she will have to apply for a Travel Document to return. She should apply under H&C and provide strong evidence to show why she had to remain in India and was unable to return to Canada to complete the residency requirement. Strong evidence would include things like hospitalization records, letters from doctors, etc.

In addition to scylla's comments, note that PR's are required to stay in Canada for the entire duration of the sponsorship process. A short trip is fine (like up to 2-3 weeks) but it sounds like your wife is living with your there (or at least has been there for awhile). That would automatically make your application invalid, regardless of an interview.

Yes - that's a great point.

I don't see there's any chance for this application to be approved.
