Hello
I was refused for a UK visitor visa in 2006 when i was 6 years old and my father had applied for the whole family. Do i have to mention this in my 1294 form, If yes, what details should be included.

Moreover i really want to know if my parents' past refusals of Canada and US will have any impact on my study permit application.

(i am applying from UAE)

Yes, you need to mention it. Simply say that you were refused as part of your parents' application.

It shouldn't impact your application.
