Hi! First time posting here since I'm new to the board (and process).

I have a potential job offer from a Canadian organization. I went through the eligibility test and found that I do qualify for the express entry. However,
since I would not yet have 1 year of work experience for a Canadian organization, if I take it for my wife as a solo candidate, she does not qualify.

Since we do meet the income/financial requirements for the family size, is my family's eligibility implied in the initial questionnaire when first asks for the size of the family, or do we each need to file separately?

If you qualify for EE ( I assume you have at least 1 year of foreign work experience in the past 3 years), you don't need Canadian experience to be eligible. It sure would increase your points if you had Canadian experience but is NOT necessary. Also, in most cases, applying as a family is a good route to go.
Also, if you get LMIA for your job, you will get extra points.

I do have the foreign work experience, so that's good to know!

I suppose my real question is: If I get accepted, will the rest of my family also be, or does my wife have to file separately? And then, does my 2 year old also have to file separately?? o.O

No, you can all apply as a family. Either your wife or yourself can be the primary applicant. You can try the CRS calculator and see that in which case you get more points.
