family visitor visa refusal, help

We applied our parents' Visitor Visa but they were refused. The Visa officer gave the reason but we cannot catch the meaning. Please help to explain it. Thanks a lot.

Evidence of funds submitted with husband's e-app but unclear how much of this this remains as has also submitted bank balance for daughter.

This could have been a substantial portion of this funds in the PRC. This seems rather unusual given this is as per app a trip of four months in total.

Sounds like CIC has concerns about where the funds came from to support the trip and believes that family members are moving money between each other to increase the bank balances they can show for the TRV.
