Family Visa

Hi,
I am writing this letter behalf of my wife education and Visa. We are planning for Jan-2018 intake to ON provenance. My questions is, we are planning to file VISA all together with my 2+ years old baby, however will we get work permit(for my husband (IT Exp: 9 years) along with my education Visa?
Country : India.

Your husband can apply for a work permit - there is no guarantee it will be approved.

Thank you @scylla for your reply. Can he come along with me without work permit?? as a Dependent to take care my Child. I had choosen 2 years program.

My overall IELTS Score is 6.5 .
Speaking:5.5 , Listening :7 Reading:7 Writing:5.5.
My Profile: I was worked (till May 2017) as Asst Professor in Engineering college.
Experience: 4.5 years.
Gap In career after Graduation : 4 Months.

How important this score to judge my Visa chances to get approve?.
Please comment on my score and Visa chances for my family.

Did we have a case where Visa was approved for primary applicant and Hubby Visa approved but without work permit?.

Please suggest if any.
