my cousin brother have pr and live in canada with his family (wife and daughter).he can sponcer me? .my cousin brother and my surnames are same.
 
No - they can't. If you are interested in immigrating to Canada then you will have to qualify on your own through one of Canada's economic streams like Express Entry. Depending on how you apply, you may get extra points for having family in Canada. But you still have to qualify on your own.

I have an aunt in Canada and she's a Canadian citizen and she doesn't have any relative in Canada. no kids and spouse as well and she's willing to sponsor for me to get there in Canada. is my aunt eligible for that since this category will fall under last remaining relative visa. how long the is the process? thank you
