You have a high chance of refusal because your father is a refugee. You need to show strong ties to return to home country and IRCC will assume that you will claim asylum at the airport. How old are you? Is your father a claimant and applying for PR? Also IRCC may not accept your friend's funds as it is you who must show the funds. A friend can stop funding you at any time. How much are your showing in funds for a 3 or 4 year bachelor degree?

I am 17 years old. Yes , my father applied for PR. I'm planning to show 20 thousand CAD
So you are included in his application? Why not wait until you get PR? 20k is not a lot for a bachelors considering costs would be $60k at a minimum.

One of consultants said that they will not show my father and if needed we will show separation between my mother and father.

What? So are you included in his PR application? If not he is misrepresenting himself (lying). Separation between your parents has nothing to do with you or your inclusion on his PR application.

You cannot "not show your father" since he IS your father. That's lying and misreprenstation and can result in a 5 year ban.

Your father also should have include you in his PR application. If not, it's his misreprenstation on his applicaiton.

Marrital status between him and your mother has NO impact to you being his daughter and him being your father.

Your "friend" cannot sponsor you (at least that doesn't put a lot of weight on the application regarding to the funding).
You need to have the fund in your own account. (or your parents' since you are under 18)
