I am Jagjeet Dewan. I'm living in India and want to move in Canada. My sister is a permanent residence of Winnipeg. Please suggest me the way how she can sponsor me.

She can sponsor you if she doesn't have a spouse or common law partner, if she has no children, if both her parents are deceased and if she has no other living family in Canada. Otherwise siblings can't sponsor siblings.
