Hello there, I have a question with regards of my application for my parents. I was selected to apply for sponsoring parents and grand parents last April. So, I'm applying for family of 7 including me and my husband, the problem is our income for 2015 & 2016 is only covered for 6 persons while 2017 is covered for 7 persons. My question is do the immigration consider my situations since our income is increasing? Should I continue and submit my application? Thank you kindly for all your advice.

Best Regards,

No, and why did you apply despite not meeting the income requirements for all 3 years? You just took away an eligible sponsor's spot.

Best Regards,

Perhaps if you exclude your grandparents you'll be able to qualify under family size of just 5.

Else you don't meet income for family size of 7, so your app will be rejected and you will have wasted a lottery spot. The rules apply to everyone, you are not in any special situation to warrant an exemption.
