After receiving a letter from high commission of Canada, Delhi to submit all the required documents for processing family sponsorship case. We went for upfront medical for all the applicants in the file. I already mailed my completed application with passport. I need to ask do we need to scan and send the sheet we received from the panel physician after our medical was done, if yes to which address? Do I need send CIC any hardcopies if yes can I mail it now or wait for CIC to ask for it?

If you did an upfront medical, they should get some info but when I did it you needed to include the biodata page with all your info and picture So unless they have that, they will request it later. If you don't have a file number ( which it sounds like you don't) basically you have to wait as you aren't in the system yet so they won't have a file to attach it to. They usually request your UCI and file number info for these requests. Once they see the med's not there, they'll request it. People have done it before. If you have a file number and a request for it, there should be an address given.
