FAMILY SPONSORSHIP/SPOUSE/SOCIAL ASSISTANCE

I married in Canada five years ago and have lived in Canada so far. My husband is a Canadian. In the meantime, two children were born. I am now Visitor, and now I want to apply for a sponsor permanent residence. I applied for the CCB last year after receiving the Temporary Tax Number, and I am still receiving it. My husband applied for Child Health Benefits two years ago and our children have a Child Health Benefit card. And my family is getting the Fair entry. If a sponsor is receiving social assistance, he/she may not receive it even if he/she applies for permanent residence. If my family is receiving this benefit, can my husband apply for a sponsor permanent residence for me?

Please give me some good advice.

Child benefits don't effect sponsorship eligibility, so that is fine.

If Fair Entry falls under Alberta Works, then it would count as social assistance and sponsor would need to make sure they are off all such program or would be barred from sponsoring. However I'm not entirely sure if "Fair Entry" in specific is a bar here to IRCC.
