Hi Everyone,

I need your help!
I have sent an inquiry about my application for permanent residency under family sponsorship because it has been more than 12 months and this is what they sent me.

We verified the information you provided; however, it differs from the one we have on file.

In order to better assist you, we invite you to resubmit your request by filling out the IRCC Web form and include the following information:

Surname and complete given name - exactly as they appear on the passport or identity document,
Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD),
Client ID Number, UCI or Application Number,
Country of birth,
Type of application,
Date on which the application was submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada,
Mailing method (courier, Canada Post (registered or regular mail), etc.),
company used,
confirmation no.,
Office where the application was submitted (city, country),
Receipt number,
Current address,
Telephone number(s),
Email address, and
All documents submitted with your previous request.
Does anyone know how I should respond to this? Also, what does "All documents submitted with your previous request" mean, when this is my first inquiry to them.

Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your reply. I have also tried contacting the contact center thru phone and was told that since I already passed the eligibility, all I need is to wait for the visa office in Manila for their approval for my dependent. I am in Canada and is married to a Canadian and my daughter is in the Philippines. It's been a year and 2 mos. which is past their promised processing time. Would you or anybody have any idea as to how long it would take for the manila visa office to process her application? Thanks in advance!

Processing time are not a promise. They are a target. They attempt to process 80% of applications in 12 months. Some get processed sooner, some later.

A pleasant good evening.

What s your update above? Did you seek assistance from MP in your area as they can help you contact CIC to update your status? Hope your application gets approved asap.

Hi! Sorry for joining the conversation but trust me it takes a while before a PR is issued.

My father is in living canada and it took us 2 YEARS AND 2 MONTHS before the PPR and after we sent the passports it’s waiting game again.
