Family sponsorship - PPR questions - Outland India

Hello everyone,

My parents received their passport request for the Family sponsorship, but in the PPR letter only my father's name is mentioned and it is mentioned that passports of all the applicants ,as part of that application, should be sent.

This is in India, so in the VFS request for two way courier, should I be just sending one package with both my parent's passport and other forms?
