Family Sponsorship- Generic Application Form

Hey Good Guys, I am on PR in Toronto, at present preparing to apply for family sponsorship for my spouse and 6 year old son who live outside Canada. Had a doubt regarding question 6 in the IMM0008ENU (Generic application Form for Canada). Below is the script from the form:

6 a) Have you received your " Certificate de Selection de Quebec?"
No ? Yes ?
b) If Yes, please indicate number

If no, when did you apply for CSQ YY-MM-DD

We plan to settle in Toronto and have no plan to move to Quebec in near future.

I cannot use NA as the field has a restricted input to fill. Also leaving it blank may not go well will the official and term as incomplete application.

If anybody can explain me to move forward with this issue.

It's a No and just write NA later after printing out the form.

Unless you select Quebec for question 5, question 6 is completely greyed out. Greyed out questions do not need to be answered and will not be considered blank.
