Family Sponsorship- dependents

I am sponsoring my father who is outside canada. He has a grandchild who is studying in canada and she is dependent on him. she is under 22 and not married. So can I include her in the application?? is she also eligible to get permanent residence through family sponsorship??

Also are there any other documents needed to add her as a dependent except in the application.

Please let me know soon. It's urgent.

oh no. she has her parents and they have visitor visa.
But I wonder if I can declare her as dependent since she gets financial help from her family, her grandfather support her too. So in that case she is dependent on her grandfather.
