Hello. Just wondering, has processing slowed down a lot recently? After Christmas and New Year its like nothing is happening. I might be mistaken.

Hello, seems like lots of applicants have been stuck in limbo after holiday term. My side is still silence since I got informed that my sponsor met his eligibility on Dec 7th.
And also they haven't started checking on my side yet, even my eligibility.
I submitted my application forms on May 11th 2021, by the way.
I dunno what takes them so long.
Exactly. I applied on the 5th of May, my background check has been completed but eligibility not started yet./
Oh, I feel you cuz I'm also May applicant.
My husband told me that January and February are always slow months for everything, not only for Immigration, also for any businesses. Hopefully we'll get good news next month.
At least they've finished your background check. you'll be almost there.
