family sponsor ship abudhabi

I am from Pakistan but I am applying for family sponsorship from abudhabi .my wife is sponsoring me .I have a child too who is Canadian citizen .what should I include in generic appliycation form qst 3 how many family members included u are in this application ? . And my other question is my employment visa is of Dubai but I work in abudhabi.so which adress I should include Dubai employer adresss or my current adress abudhabii.and my 3rd question is part 3 that is country specification I use form of Pakistan as a country or UAE .

Is dubai and Abudabhi not part of UAE?. if you were staying atleast 1 year in that place you can apply through Abudabhi as i think those regions are covered by canadian embassy abudhabhi. In this case use country specific forms of UAE not pakistan.
