Family Sponsor - Police Cert for Children

I am filing an outland spousal sponsorship (family class) for my wife as a primary applicant. Is a police certificate (from the US or India) required for my 1-year-old daughter? (My daughter is a US-born citizen, but currently staying in India for over 6 months now)

Quite sure if you read the instructions this will be clear, not needed for children, I believe up to 18 yo.
