Hi,

I have completed 3.5 yrs in Canada .My status is still PR and not citizen of Canada.Can anybody suggest what I have to do for bringing my parent under sponsorship.If I want to bring them initially in Travel visa what I have to do.Please suggest.

The first thing you'll want to do is check to see if you meet the minimum income requirements to sponsor for 2012, 2013 and 2014. You must show Canadian tax returns for all three years and have enough income in each year to qualify. If you don't have enough income in one or more years, then you'll have to wait before you can sponsor your parents for PR.
