Family Reunification vs Fully vaccinated foreign national

I am permanent residence here.My Mother is coming to canada on wed to help me in my pregnancy and delivery.

in arrive can which option I would choose between Family Reunification or Fully vaccinated foreign national ?

If I will choose family reunification can immigration agent asked my documents as a proof that she is my Mom ?
