My brother is now a canadian citizen, is married to a canadian citizen and has a 1 year old child. I am an Indian citizen(27 years), married and settled in India with a one year child.
Can my brother sponsor me along with my family for immigration under family-other class?

The short answer is no. Since he lives in Ontario - he can't sponsor you. You'll have to qualify on your own merits (i.e. qualify independently as a skilled worker).

If he lived in Saskatchewan or Manitoba - then he might have been able to sponsor you through the provincial nominee program.
