Family landing later on Immigration VISA

Hi There

We have received the immigrant PR VISA last week, now i have a question. As i am the primary applicant can i enter Canada 1st alone and then can my family follow me after 4 months. The VISA is valid until sept 2014.

If yes is there any specific point that needs to be taken care while my family is making the landing in Canada.

1. Yes
2. You have to show the proof of funds for the whole family when you "land".
3. Your spouse should have her B4 goods accompanying complete when she arrives.
