Family Information - siblings

Hiya all,

I'm a bit confused with the family application form 5707. It doesn't mention siblings in the section B children, but then in the notes part at the end it says include: .... relationship (brother, step-sister).

So do I have to add all my family members.

I think it was asking you to write all the personal details of your children..
