As, sponsor has two adult siblings in home country. He is sponsoring one of them his brother to Canada who is adult and single under other relative program. Sponsor doesn’t have parents and grandparents alive, neither his uncle/aunt or nephew/niece been living in Canada or have any status in Canada. Am I disqualified to sponsor my brother as my sister married back home has one daughter but my brother is the one who I’m trying to reunite with.
