Family Information Form Doesn't Work?

Hi,

I can't seem to sign the family information form through Adobe? I've tried on a few different softwares, Windows, Mac...can't sign it digitally anywhere, the file is protected. Has anyone else had this issue? Did you just submit it unsigned?

Worked ok for me the several times I done it. Upgrade adobe, that may be the issue, then save it and try again.

I've tried a million times, updated everything etc. But it says the author has selected certain areas to be filled and the signature box isn't one of them by the looks of it. Is there anyone I can contact about it? I'm not sure what to do I don't want to lose out on my visa over a technical glitch

I dont think its a glitch, you probably haven't filled out everything. Leave it for a while and then come back to it and check, as i realize the more people stress the less you are able to see properly (happens to me as well). That field is not activated until the form is fully filled ib

I'm talking about the signature box by the way, I can't actually click to digitally sign but I can fill in the dates and all the information. Do we just not sign the signature box?

You just type your name and it digitally signs it for you. Worked for me as i say, so don't really know why its not for you. Hopefully somebody else can give some different advice
