Family info- will accompany you to canada

My mother got TRV, now i am applying for my father's TRV, in the family info it says," will accompany you to Canada"
so shoul i should i put a check or uncheck it, in front of my mothers name.
my mother will go this week. but if my father gets the visa he will definitelyaccompany her.
im confuse should i put check on uncheck it.

You must answer 'Yes' as your dad will accompany your mom
