I was adopted at the age of 11. So i wanted to enquire whether i need to list my natural parents and siblings also?
Moreover, I am not in contact with my adoptive parents for about last 10 years.

Here is what I know and what I think; for example in our country we are listed under a central civil registration system (like all countries)... thats where you have all the records of family members etc... I suppose you should be listed under the parents who adopted you ( because they were your guardians once)... If that is the case in your country then I would only list the parents who adopted you... and then maybe explain it with an LOE... theres a forum member; legalfalcon... I think he might have some better idea about this...

The point of the family documentation is also in case you want to sponsor them in the future. You could list real and adoptive and explain in LOE. If you aren't planning to sponsor them I guess it doesn't matter.

Thanks for valuable inputs. I will list my adoptive parents and siblings to best of my knowledge and state the scenario in LOR.
