Good day, Just to confirm My fiancee who got PR this year we plan on getting married in October. Even though we been together for 7 years we never lived together as common-law (same sex couple), gay marriage also illegal in home country. and we now are going to be married. Is there any problem with this? as I was not declared as anything even though we been together in a relationship.

I have read forums about not accompanying members and how you can never sponsor them in the future. I just want to make sure I do not fall in this category.

No issues as long as you never lived together for a year or more.
