I am writing this on behalf of my wife, she is currently outside canada (India) and would want to join me in Canada soon.
- I've ruled out the option to apply for a visitor visa, given the high rejections (Please suggest if that is still the best) I have my work permit open until November - 2018, and will plan to apply for PR together once she arrives in canada.
- Now we have decided to pursue Open-Work Permit Application, under the Family Class.
Please provide feedback for:
- What is the correct application form "for my wife to make an application from INDIA" ? (Can we follow IMM 5525)
or
- Is it best if I make an application and submit it to CPC Missisauga?
We thought it would be best to make the application from India and then submit all the required documents at the local VFS office. In order to do this, what would be the correct application procedure that we need to follow?
