Hi,

Do we have to submit Police clearance certificate for last one year of stay from present day for outland family class Sponsorship PR application?
Does stay period matters for PCC in case we moved to another state within same country ?

As far as I'm aware only one PCC per country required, no need to get a second one if resided in more than one subnational jursidiction. (Some exceptions probably like HK/China but not many)
