CPc-Mississauga O after ko maipasa ang application of my sponsorship to my wife or we need to wait for the advice of the immigration officer?.my timeline dec 12,2012 received application to Mississauga ,jan 13,2013 decision made and then forward to manila CPC and now nothing new for my update ,is there anybody can help or idea with my concern,thanks..

am gonna try to help you here but i realize you mixing another language and i cannot understand a few things you asked. they have transferred you wifes file to manila and now you have a 12 months wait. you and your wife was given a UFI number to check your status on E-CAS, you will not hear anything from immigration officers until its time to either get an interview or to ask for her passport for visa and PPR.

I'm sorry if I mixing language but I thank you for your help, the only thing that I want to know is?when is my wife gonna be going for medical exams? After the Mississauga office forward my application to sponsor her, thank you

umm actually your wife suppose to have gone for the medicals before she sent the application in, and the medicals have 1 yr before it expires and also she suppose to do her criminal background check as well. but dont threat since she didnt do it as yet you will now have to wait for the visa office to request it, but it might now slow down the process a bit.

Ahhm thank you,but I am the sponsor and I am the one who forward to cpc Mississauga after we complete the requirements ,I mean next advice is,like what should be next step after they forward to Manila and how long do I wait for before they informing us for medical?thank you again

oh well when they sent the application to manila they are going to do background checks, then they going to check how genuine the relationship is etc etc, that should take 8-9 months, if they find anything wrong with the relationship they will ask her for an interview, if they find all the information is satisfactory then they will ask her for her medicals, and after her medicals is sent they will give her the landing. again if you use E-CAS you can see the whole process. check the link

Because you didn't include medicals, you can add 2-3 months to the processing time.
