If you want to come to Canada so much, you should just apply through Express Entry with some work skills that this country needs. Takes just 6 months to get PR

Otherwise he should be working a second job to meet the MNI. Shouldnt be too difficult if his family size is just himself, his soon-to-be common law partner, and you, unless he's on disability or something

Note that once he becomes common-law or married, he then is no longer eligible to sponsor an "other" relative.

CIC will consider H&C if you ask them to - but this by no means guarantees approval. As has already been explained, H&C is difficult to prove and approval rates are low. Assume H&C will be very difficult to prove in your case since you aren't living with or supporting your uncle now.

This has already been explained to you several times. You don't have strong H&C grounds with or without evidence.
