Family Class Sponsorship- CHC Islamabad

The process was started on Nov 28, 2006 and my family went through with medical formalities in month of October 2008, after that we did not hear anything from CHC ISB, so I sent an email to them.
I got reply back from CHC ISB stating that a letter was sent to us in Karachi-Pakistan on December 02 2008, which we never received, anyway they asked me to send proof of relationship and Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

I made the payment for RPRF and the family sent the proof of relationship along with receipt of payment for (RPRF), however I missed place my Birth Certificate, so instead I sent copy of high school certificate along with copy of Pakistan ID card
My questions are:
1- How long should I wait to send an email to CHC ISB for update?
2- Is high school certificate enough to show my relationship with father?

Has any one any idea that my sister sponsored us UNDER PARRENTS AND GRAND PARRENTS "including 3 dependent childern" in 2010 from Mississuage CPC, In August we were asked to fill variuous forms and were asked to submit police report, birth certificate and personal history etc within 3 monts. we filed all these to Mississauga CPC in early October 2013 and the Canadian Post receipt print out shows that the case was received.

NOW HAS ANY ONE ANY IDEA THAT HOW LONG MISSISSAUGA CPC TAKES TO FURTHER TAKE UP OUR CASE AND WHAT COULD BE THE NEXT STEPS?
