Hi everyone,
I need help.
I have received pfl from ircc , i got my pr on spousal sponsorship from ircc.
I got married in 2021 then i came to join my spouse on visitor as vfs were closed but i already got passport request. So i joined my spouse in canada on visitor visa but then i have to go back to india because my father passed away in dec 2021 at that time my wife started demanding money before i leave canada then i arrived india and done my passport stamping and arrived in Canada to join my spouse back but she had already left where we used to live and she put a complaint in india through email to NRI wing for dowry. Now our case in india is in high court and high court stated that alligations are just for settle personal score and vague in nature.
but now i received pfl from ircc that i may have represented in order to gain pr.
i already described the situation in my response .
Do anyone here have any idea what can happen next or what should i do

There's not much you can do at this point but wait for a response. One of two things will happen. Either IRCC will accept your application and allow you to keep PR. Or IRCC will determine that you misrepresented your situation to obtain PR and your PR status will be revoked.

You haven't explained how you responded to the PFL, however the focus of your PFL should have been on your landing (when you came to Canada and officially became a PR). You would have wanted to provide evidence that you were still in an ongoing relationship with your wife at the time you returned to Canada and became a PR. If the relationship with your wife fell apart before you returned to Canada, then it makes sense that IRCC is saying you may have obtained PR through misrepresentation. What evidence did you include in your response to the PFL to show that you relationship with your wife was still ongoing at the time you landed in Canada and became a PR?

So, when i went india on my father last rites my wife didn’t accompany and i went alone before that me and my wife both sharing rented apartment. While i was in india without knowing or informing she wrote a complaint through e-mail in india, i was unaware of that she could take this step which was totally unnecessary. After that when i arrived canada its obvious i would go to rented appartment as I don’t know at that time she left the apartment and went somewhere else. I was shocked to know, and the number i was having was on my wife direct debit she also discontinued the number. And when i tried to contact i was unable to contact. The very next day i was hoping to talk her parents but then I received that she had filed complaint in india. We had meeting with my wife family but they are not interested in saving relationship instead they were demanding property or equal amount for property!
so, after getting things nowhere we decided to fight case in india.
While in canada we was having a healthy relationship as we go travel and attended many house parties ! I attached all proofs of living together.

It's very hard for any of us to guess what the outcomes will be since we are not IRCC and we don't have access to the full details of the case. You'll just have to wait and see what happens next.

It sounds like you had no contact even before you landed and never lived together in Canada after you got PR. If that is the case your wife should have actually withdrawn the sponsorship because she felt the relationship was over. Get a lawyer for your best chance of trying to save your PR.
