You have to find a way to increase your points either through improving your language scores (this is usually the easiest option) or gaining more work experience or education.
Unfortunately not.
To qualify for PNPs, you need to be eligible for at least one program. (CEC, FSW,...).
You're just 1 point away by April with 4 years experience (assuming you can get reference letter for all 4 years). So as suggested here above, try getting better language scores. it's the most straight forward way of increasing score.
