Unless you really need it consultants and lawyers are not normally recommended. The process is not too difficult to do on your own and there is a lot of help here available when your stuck or have any concerns.

Plus the group here is great its a place for us to support one another through this trying process.

I agree. Lawyers in general, are a waste of money. They're unable to speed up your application any faster than you can. They can be expensive, and worst of all, I've seen many cases where the lawyer submits the wrong forms, fills in the wrong info, or forgets to send a few forms. I like to do it myself because I know I'm in full control of my application.
