Failure to notify cic of college change

Hi friends
Switched from private to public funded college but did not notify cic .now course is complete and hv taken admmission in further course and also need to extend study permit. Now can I notify cic of DLI change or no need

You should have done it at the time, especially if you want to apply for a PGWP.
