I applied for Canada tourist visa since last year 2022 and I never realized approval has been sent to me via the portal, requested for my original passport and since may 25 until I check my email yesterday 26th September, 2023 and discover that because I failed to send passport the application that was once approved got refused, And the issue is that most times I tried to log-in to the site https://clegc-gckey.gc.ca/j/eng/l?ReqID=s2318c91050320577756d9dc6a267444846d27880e I also had issue signing to the site. And even to update it with my email was issue until I used someone else's email to update it and that was when I got to know that the application has been approved, Please what else do you think I can do in order not to woefully miss the opportunity.
