F-1 Student in USA applying for Visitor Visa from India

Hi I am studying in USA on F1 visa. Currently I am in India for summer break and would like to apply for Canada visitor Visa (from here in India). I have certain question for filling up form IMM5257E.

1. What would be my country of residence ? India or USA?
2. What would be my residential address ? Indian address or American address ?
3. for family information do I need to fill IMM 5707 or 5645 form ?

Would love to have opinions of members. Thanks

Question 6: Country of citizenship: India >> Country you live in: US (Status: Student) >> Country/countries you've lived in the last 5 year for more than 6 months: US and/or other countries (as applicable) >> Are you applying from the country you live in: No, applying from India (Status: Citizen)
