Extra score required for EE-FSW

I am an Indian Manufacturing Manager with 10 years of experience, entered EE with score of 368. I don't have a job offer. Is it better to find a job in Canada or to re-take IELTS to attain the required score. However, I need a job to migrate and settle in Canada. Please guide me
