I have filed a extension of stay application of my mother as she is in canada on visitor visa and the processing time of application for decision will take above three months as per CIC information on official websites.
Now my mother want to go back to India in December before the application decision.
Can she return back to India before the decision of extension of stay application?
If she will go back in between pending of extension of stay application before decision then will this bad effect to come back again in canada on same visitor visa.
And Is it necessary to withdraw the extension of Stay application before leaving from canda by the applicant.
