HI, My parents are planning to come in Canada for visit, now the thing is they already have TRV which expire in July. They are planning to come in Canada in May and stay till September
My questions...

1) Is there any problem that they will face at airport to come in Canada?
2) If they want to extend visa , when they should apply for visa?
3) Or we should apply for new Visa from back home before they come in?

Please advise me.....

When do their passports expire?

It would depend on the officer they meet at the airport.

2) If they want to extend visa , when they should apply for visa?
They cannot extend the TRV. They would need to apply for new TRVs from scratch.

3) Or we should apply for new Visa from back home before they come in?
As their TRVs are valid until July, applying many months in advance could result in their new applications being refused.

In short:
1. They can travel on the existing TRVs. If they arrive in May, they would most likely be allowed to stay for 6 months i.e. after the TRV expires

2. Or, they could wait until maybe June before applying for new TRVs
